- 1 1/2 cups cooked white beans, without liquid
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon dill
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- 3-4 tablespoons olive oil
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and grind until smooth and creamy. If it is too thick, add 1-2 tablespoons of water to obtain the desired smooth and creamy consistency.
- Serve with bread or crackers.
