White Bean Dip

By Quinoa Plant Based

  • 1 1/2 cups cooked white beans, without liquid
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon dill 
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
  • 2-3 cloves garlic
    • 3-4 tablespoons olive oil
  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and grind until smooth and creamy. If it is too thick, add 1-2 tablespoons of water to obtain the desired smooth and creamy consistency. 
  2. Serve with bread or crackers.
