Raw Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup almonds, raw
  • 20 Medjool dates
  • 5 tsp vanilla flavoring
  • 5 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 5 Tbsp tahini

Preparation:

  • 1. Pulse Almonds in a Food Processor until finely chopped.
  • 2. Remove pits from Dates.
  • 3. Add dates and vanilla to food processor and pulse until evenly combined.
  • 4. Add Peanut Butter and Tahini, processing until well combined.
  • 5. Roll dough into balls and freeze for 1-2 hours.
