Raspberry Chia Jam

This Raspberry Chia Jam is not only delicious on toast for breakfast but also makes a perfect filling for desserts, turning them into a healthy treat!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries (You can also use other berries like strawberries or blueberries)
  • 1-2 tablespoons cane sugar or honey
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons water

Preparation:

  1. In a small pot, combine the water and raspberries and bring to a boil.
  2. Add the sugar or honey and stir until it starts to boil.
  3. Stir occasionally as it cooks to break down the raspberries, then add the chia seeds and mix.
  4. Turn off the heat and let it cool before serving.
  5. It can be stored in a clean, airtight jar for 5-6 days.
