This Raspberry Chia Jam is not only delicious on toast for breakfast but also makes a perfect filling for desserts, turning them into a healthy treat!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries (You can also use other berries like strawberries or blueberries)
- 1-2 tablespoons cane sugar or honey
- 2 teaspoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons water
Preparation:
- In a small pot, combine the water and raspberries and bring to a boil.
- Add the sugar or honey and stir until it starts to boil.
- Stir occasionally as it cooks to break down the raspberries, then add the chia seeds and mix.
- Turn off the heat and let it cool before serving.
- It can be stored in a clean, airtight jar for 5-6 days.
