Ingredients:
- 1 cup of shelled walnuts
- 1 large handful (about 2 tight cups) basil
- 1 large handful of spinach (same as basil).
- 1-2 garlic cloves
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast (optional)
- A little bit of water (2-3 tablespoons) to help with the blending
Preparation:
- Place all items in the blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Serve over cooked warm pasta.
