Ingredients:
4 cups water
½ cup Braggs amino acid or soy sauce
¼ cup nutritional yeast flakes
2 cloves garlic, mashed and diced
Preparation:
- 1. Pour water in pot.
- 2. Add all ingredients except rolled oats. Bring to a boil.
- 3. Stir in rolled oats and cover.
- 4. Remove from heat, cover, and set aside.
- 5. When mixture is cooled, form 3-inch patties 1 ½ inch thick (form into balls).
- 6. Place on oiled baking sheet and bake on each side for 15 minutes at 350 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- 7. Enjoy with your own sauce.Can be served with spaghetti.
