- Ingredients:
- ¼ cup potato flour/starch or instant mashed potato flakes mixed
- ¾ cup warm water
- 1 cup finely chopped walnuts
- 1 lb mashed firm tofu
- 1 Tbsp Bragg Liquid Aminos (use Bragg Coconut Aminos for soy-free option)
- 2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 ½ cups crushed corn flakes
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1 tsp Wright’s Liquid Smoke
Preparation:
- 1. Preheat oven 350°F (177°C).
- 2. In a sauté pan, sauté onions in water until softened.
- 3. In a large bowl, mix the cooked onions together with the remainder of the ingredients and spoon into an oiled loaf pan.
- 4. Press down. Then using a rubber spatula, push loaf away from sides of pan.
- 5. Cook for approx. 45-50 min.
