Ingredients:
- 2½ cups almond flour
- ½ tsp baking soda (aluminum free)
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup maple syrup
- 1 stick of plant based butter (around ½ cup)
- 1 cup organic 72% dark chocolate chips or carob chips.
- Preparation:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. Mix all dry ingredients together. Finely whisk.
- 3. Add maple syrup and softened butter to dry ingredients.
- 4. Add chocolate chips
- 5. Cook for 11-12 minutes (Varys on the oven, watch the cookies closely as almond flour burns very easily! The cookies may look slightly undercooked, this is perfect, just take them out and let them set up on the sheet). I recommend cooking them on the middle rack of your oven.
