Fried Rice

Ingredients:

3 cups of brown rice

3 tsp of sesame oil

1 Tbsp vegetable oil or water

1 red bell pepper (chopped)

¼ cup of broccoli

1 cup of chopped carrots

1 chopped onion

3 garlic cloves (minced)

1 cup of sliced cabbage

2 Tbsp of Soy Sauce or Aminos

Preparation:

  • 1. Cook the brown rice according to the measurement proportions listed on the package and set aside.
  • 2. Sauté onions and garlic.
  • 3. Add the fresh vegetables to be sautéed.
  • 4. Add the rice and add soy sauce. Rectify seasonings as needed.
