Ingredients:
- 1 can coconut cream
- Honey or stevia to taste
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation:
- Refrigerate the can of Coconut Cream overnight, do not shake.
- When you open the can, spoon into a bowl only the solidified part of the product, which is the actual cream or fat at the top of the can when you open it. You may use the liquid part for a smoothie.
- Place the solids into a bowl, add the sweetener of choice and the vanilla and whip with a hand mixer until it´s light and fluffly.
- Serve immediately as a great compliment to any fruit or dessert!
