Ingredients:
- 2 cups plant based milk (coconut milk/cream makes the creamiest pudding)
- 6 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- a pinch of salt
Optional Toppings:
- Tropical fruit mix- kiwis, pineapple, mangoes all peeled and cut in small pieces
- Mixed berries
- Granola
- Nuts
- Puffed cereals such as quinoa or amaranth
- Fruit Jam
Preparation:
Serve with prefered topping.
Mix the milk, the chia seeds, the honey, vanilla and salt in a glass jar or container.
Cover with a lid and let it sit overnight.
