Ingredients:
- ½ cup almond flour
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ tsp salt, or to taste
- ½ tsp apple pie spice
- ¼ cup honey
- ½ apple, cored
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 cups water
- 2 cups flour
- 1 Tbsp baking powder, aluminum free
- ½ tsp salt
Preparation:
- 1. Heat griddle on medium high heat for cooking pancakes.
- 2. In a medium bowl mix together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- 3. In a blender add the 1st nine ingredients and blend on high until smooth. Pour the ingredients from the blender into the flour mixture and whisk until all ingredients are combined.
- 4. If mixture seems a little thick add a little more water.
- 5. Ladle batter onto griddle and cook until bubbles appear on top of pancakes on bottom are golden brown.
Flip pancake and cook until 2nd side is lightly golden. - 6. Serve with your favorite topping or keep warm until ready to eat.
