Easy Mango Peach Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
Real Almond Milk Ingredients
- 1 cup almonds (soaked overnight in water to cover, with ½ tsp salt)
- 3 cup water
- 4 pitted dates
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Dash of salt
Smoothie Bowl Ingredients
- 1 cup real almond milk
- 1 cup mango, cubed, frozen overnight
- ½ cup peach, cubed, frozen overnight
- 1 banana, sliced, frozen overnight
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- ½ cup water (as needed)
- ½ tsp turmeric
Topping Ingredients
- ¼ cup raspberries
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp coconut, shredded or flakes
- 1 kiwi, sliced
- ½ mango, diced
Steps
- Step 1 Make Real Almond Milk: Drain soaked Almonds and blend with rest of ingredients.
- Step 2 Pour into Nut Milk Bag to strain/press out Milk; remaining Almond pulp can be used in your next drinking smoothie to add additional fiber.
- Step 3 Blend the smoothie bowl ingredients in a high-speed blender until you get a thick, sorbet-like consistency; only add water little by little as needed for blending–you don’t want a watery smoothie bowl.
- Step 4 Pour the blended mixture into coconut halves or your favorite bowl and arrange the toppings artfully, or as desired, and Enjoy!
