Easy Mango Peach Smoothie Bowl

Real Almond Milk Ingredients

  • 1 cup almonds (soaked overnight in water to cover, with ½ tsp salt)
  • 3 cup water
  • 4 pitted dates
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Dash of salt

Smoothie Bowl Ingredients

  • 1 cup real almond milk
  • 1 cup mango, cubed, frozen overnight
  • ½ cup peach, cubed, frozen overnight
  • 1 banana, sliced, frozen overnight
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ cup water (as needed)
  • ½ tsp turmeric

Topping Ingredients

  • ¼ cup raspberries
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp coconut, shredded or flakes
  • 1 kiwi, sliced
  • ½ mango, diced


  •  Step 1 Make Real Almond Milk: Drain soaked Almonds and blend with rest of ingredients.
  •  Step 2 Pour into Nut Milk Bag to strain/press out Milk; remaining Almond pulp can be used in your next drinking smoothie to add additional fiber.
  •  Step 3 Blend the smoothie bowl ingredients in a high-speed blender until you get a thick, sorbet-like consistency; only add water little by little as needed for blending–you don’t want a watery smoothie bowl.
  •  Step 4 Pour the blended mixture into coconut halves or your favorite bowl and arrange the toppings artfully, or as desired, and Enjoy!
