- Step 1 Place all ingredients except macaroni in a blender and blend approximately one minute until sauce is completely smooth.
- Step 2 Pour mixture into saucepan and heat on medium high until cheese thickens, stirring constantly.
- Step 3 When thickened, mix with cooked macaroni.(Alternative: Once blended, pour uncooked cheese sauce directly into cooked macaroni. Spoon into oiled casserole dish, top with favorite toppings, cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Remove cover and bake an additional 10 minutes.)
